1. Get A Sample – send an e-mail to me  with your mailing address and I’ll send you some sample electrodes – free.

2. Test Them – on yourself (not on a patient). You know what they are supposed to feel like, so put them on yourself. Don’t try to get feedback from someone else.

3. Ask An Expert – Take your current electrodes and my samples to your Physical Therapy department, and speak to a friend who’s a PT and whose opinion you trust. Physical Therapists have been using e-stim and electrodes for years. They are intimately familiar with them and they can eliminate any confusion that you are experiencing.
